dbaee Terms and Conditions
This document sets out all the terms governing use of the dbaee platform. Please read it in full before opening an account.
Introduction and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal basis for operating the dbaee platform and all services associated with it. By using the dbaee.lat website ("Platform"), you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms.
dbaee is an online gaming and betting platform that provides slots, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, and many other gaming experiences for players in Bangladesh. Please read this entire document carefully before using the platform.
These Terms must be read together with dbaee's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, as they complement one another and form an overall legal framework.
Age Restriction: This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or taking part in any gaming activity on this platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
To create an account at dbaee, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must hold a valid national identity card or passport.
- All information you provide must be true, accurate, and complete.
- Only one account per person is permitted.
Geographic Location
Online gaming must be legal in your jurisdiction under your local laws and regulations. It is the user's own responsibility to confirm the applicable laws in their area.
2.2 Account Management
Each user is fully responsible for the security of their account. Your login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, change your password immediately from the dbaee Login page and notify our support team.
dbaee reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if it is suspected of violating the terms or being involved in fraudulent activity.
Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted at dbaee:

3.2 Deposit Terms
Deposit Rules
- All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- The mobile number or account used to make a deposit must be registered in your own name.
- Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and may be cancelled.
- Make sure each deposit is sent from your own mobile wallet during processing.
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
dbaee may verify an account before processing a withdrawal request. During the verification process, you may be asked to submit an identity document or other supporting documents.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
- In cases of suspected irregular activity, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 for each payment method.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
The dbaee welcome bonus applies to newly registered members making their first deposit. Bonus details:

4.2 Wagering Requirements
The welcome bonus comes with a wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
Wagering Example
Bonus amount ৳2,000 × 10 = total ৳20,000 must be wagered — only then will winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable. The wagering requirement is 10 times.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonus offers are valid for a limited time — the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
- Taking bonuses through multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is prohibited.
- Bonus funds are not mixed with the cash balance — they remain separate until wagering is complete.
- dbaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If an attempt is made to obtain bonuses fraudulently, the account will be closed and all winnings will be voided.
VIP Program and Cashback Policy
The dbaee VIP program rewards regular players with weekly cashback. The program is divided into four tiers, and you can move up to a higher tier based on your gaming activity.

- VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account holder.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
6.1 Fair Play Policy
dbaee is committed to fair play. All our games are secured with SSL encryption and operated through accredited game software providers. Games from various reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi are available on our platform.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited
- Attempting to influence games using bots, automated software, or any other technical means.
- Account sharing or playing on behalf of another person.
- Any form of cheating, collusion, or attempting to exploit the system.
- Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts.

6.3 Technical Issues
In the event of a technical error or system failure, dbaee reserves the right to void or re-evaluate affected bets. If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a server error, dbaee will attempt to refund the deposit for that round.
Account Closure and Termination
7.1 Closure at User's Request
You may request to close your dbaee account at any time. You can do this by logging in directly on the dbaee Login page and going to Settings, or by emailing our support team at [email protected].
Account Closure Process
- Withdraw your account balance before submitting a closure request.
- Any active bonuses will be cancelled.
- Winnings earned from bonuses will be forfeited if wagering requirements have not been met.
- You may apply to reopen your account after it has been closed.
7.2 Closure at dbaee's Initiative
dbaee may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Grounds for Closure
- If any clause of these Terms is violated.
- If evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity is found.
- If registration was completed using false or misleading information.
- If money laundering is suspected.
- Upon instruction from a legal authority.
Limitation of Liability
dbaee makes reasonable efforts to ensure a continuous, safe, and enjoyable gaming experience. However, dbaee's liability is limited in the following areas:

- If gaming is interrupted due to technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
- If there is a disruption to the services of a third-party game software provider.
- If any loss occurs due to the user's own device or network issues.
- If an unauthorized third party accesses the user's account (due to the user's own negligence).
- Any legal consequences arising from the user's violation of local laws.
dbaee uses SSL encryption and advanced security measures to maintain a safe and reliable environment. However, it is not possible to completely eliminate all risks associated with the internet.
